Kyle’s 1st Day of Pre-School

Kyle hasn’t had his first official day at Instituto de Empressa (IE Business School) yet, but we couldn’t pass up a ‘first day of school’ photo op when he headed out for his first day of pre-courses last Monday, October 18.  He signed up to take a week of optional classes on Financial Accounting and Quantitative Analysis since he has never actually taken business courses and thought it might be a good way to jump back into ‘school mode.’  He learned a lot and got to know a few of his classmates.  A post-class Spanish lunch captured the essence of the international program he’s entered into – a table surrounded by students from Mexico, Venezuela, Japan, Columbia and Brazil.

IE student life is off to a wonderful start.  Kyle is looking forward to the launch of his program and to meeting even more amazing people from around the world next Tuesday, November 2nd!

It’s so fun to follow your great European adventure. It sounds like you guys are having an amazing time. As I was sitting here at the computer Madeline came in and asked who was in the picture, I said “Kyle Anderson,” and now she’s singing your name to the tune of Frere Jaques:) Take care you two!

  2. I love the picture of Kyle’s 1st day of school……brings back a lot of memories!
